So I only gained .2 pounds after this weeks stuff your face festival. Not too bad I suppose. You'd think it would get me to pick up the pace and eat better but no. I'm already 6 points into my 49 reserve points and it's my first day of the week.
I can't contain myself. When it's this time of the month I crave carbs and sweets and I am a bottomless pit. I tried the whole drink a bottle of water so you are too sick to continue eating trick but that didn't stop me in the least.
Only a couple more days and hopefully I can get myself reigned in and get back to losing
Just as I suspected come Monday I was back on track. My goal this week is to lose at least .4 pounds so I can make my 5% goal come weight in.
As you can see from the journal I didn't get in near as many activity points as last week but I'm back on track with my food intake.
While I'm thinking about it I wanted to give a quick thank you to Gina of Skinnytaste.com. I've tried so many of her recipes and have loved almost all of them. Special props go out to the Creamy Grape Dessert and last night's dinner of Chicken and Mushrooms in a Garlic White Wine Sauce.
I have yet to try one of her recipes and be disappointed. I love that she has large pictures with every one of her posts. Best yet, they always have large serving sizes which works great for this here quantity eater. If you get the chance hop on over and take a look.
