With dreams of having a grand Halloween party dashed for this year due to budget reasons, this year's event was a low key night of Halloween Keno with wine, spiked punch, burgers and girl talk.
The group was small, four of us from the Girls Get Together group. Cory was sweet enough to stick around in the background and man the grill for us. Thank you, hun!
Keno went pretty fast with the small number of people so we finished out the night playing Scattergories and drinking wine.
Even with a couple of costume mishaps (which shall remain unnamed) we ended up with Penny from Toy Story, a cowgirl, a witch and a bumblebee.
This year's costume winner was Debbie as Penny from Toy Story. Can you believe she made this costume herself just the day before? It turned out adorable!
Next year I want to have a big Halloween bash with lots of people, fancy costumes, and Halloweeny food and you're invited!
