In the past few months I began participating in Beachbody Challenge Groups on Facebook. It's a small group of people where everyone agrees to certain guidelines regarding working out and their health.
I figured this would be another one of those things that I started and fizzled out on. I continued with the September challenge not expecting much in the way of results. I was blown away when I saw my before and after pictures.
As you can below the process works and it's something I plan to keep going with. At first I was embarrassed of my before photos and had no intention of posting them. Now, I'm proud to show how far I have come.
This month's Turbofire Challenge group is going fantastic! I feel stronger, have more energy and sleep better. I encourage everyone to try it at least once.
The holidays are when we tend to pack on the pounds. Be proactive and don't wait until January!
